Overview
In an attempt to better understand the kinetics of the real-time quaking induced conversion assay (RT-QuIC), I have developed a model that can be used to estimate the coefficients of the reaction. This model uses an equation which takes the sum of two sigmoid curves, each with three parameters. In total, I propose that any RT-QuIC assay can be kintically described by these six coefficients.
